What's included?
Each room comes with a full kitchen, linens, towels, and access to the pool and beach.
When can I check in?
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, though we'll do our best to accommodate early or late requests.
Are pets allowed?
Regrettably, no pets are allowed at Fleetwood.
Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary parking is available for all guests on our secure grounds.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations made 14 days before arrival receive a full refund, otherwise a one-night fee applies.
What's near the hotel?
The beach is a short walk away, and restaurants, shops, and local attractions are within easy reach.

HOW TO FIND US
Directions
- From King Shaka International Airport, travel south on the N2 Freeway to Durban and continue for approximately 10 minutes.
- Look out for the Umhlanga/Mt Edgecombe turn off. At the traffic lights, turn left onto the M41 and continue for approximately 500m.
- Use the off ramp at the Umlanga Rocks Drive turn off, which is the second off ramp, and turn left at the traffic lights.
- Continue along Umhlanga Rocks Drive and turn right at the second turning circle (Three o’clock).
- Proceed down towards Umhlanga and over the M4 bridge
- At the second set of traffic lights (marked as Chartwell drive) turn left into Lagoon Drive.
- Continue for approximately 1km and you will find Fleetwood On Sea on your right hand side, next door to the Umhlanga Sands Hotel, at 50 Lagoon Drive.
